Common use of Additions, Changes & Renovations Clause in Contracts

Additions, Changes & Renovations. The School must provide notice to the Sponsor of any proposed material additions, changes and renovations to be made to the educational facilities described in the original proposal. Such additional changes or renovated facilities may not be utilized for student activities until the Sponsor is provided copies of certificates of occupancy issued for such facilities and [if applicable] written approval obtained from the Broward County Traffic Engineering Department as to traffic control and pedestrian travel associated with said facilities. A “material addition, change or renovation” is defined as any improvement to real property that alters the square footage of the educational facility.
