Common use of Additions or Deletions Clause in Contracts

Additions or Deletions. The college reserves the right to add or delete items, or locations, as determined to be in the best interest of the college. Added items, or locations will be related to those on contract and additions or deletions will not represent a significant increase or decrease in size or scope of the contract. Such additions or deletions will be by mutual agreement, will be at prices consistent with the original bid price margins, and will be evidenced by issuance of a written contract change notice from the College Purchasing Office.
