Additions to Base Pay. A. Pay for Lead Worker Status. Lead Worker status is assigned when an employee is given supervisory/coordinating responsibilities over other employees in the same classification. An additional five (5) percent of an employee’s base pay will be provided to an employee in lead worker status. This status shall be designated by the Board for initial periods of between two (2) and six (6) months; subsequent designations shall be made on a semiannual basis.
