Common use of Additions to Personnel Record Clause in Contracts

Additions to Personnel Record. Staff members shall be copied on any documents relating to their performance which are placed in their personnel record including those maintained by departmental offices and Human Resources. Letters of expectation will be placed only in a staff member’s departmental office personnel record. When expectations are successfully met, this will be noted in writing and attached to the letter of expectation or the letter of expectation will be destroyed. Part B - Freedom of Expression‌‌‌
