Additions to Work Group. Employees hired, up- graded, transferred in, reinstated from leave of absence, or otherwise added to an affected work group shall at the time of addition be assigned to an available tour within the work group. When a new choice of tours is selected by the work group, assignment of tours for these employees shall be as provided in paragraph a. preceding.
