Common use of Address Change Clause in Contracts

Address Change. An employee shall notify the Employer in writing of any change in the name or address promptly and, in any event, within seven (7) days after such changes have been made. The Employer shall be entitled to rely upon an employee's last name and address shown on his/her record for all purposes involving his/her employment.
