Common use of Address for Service of Notices Clause in Contracts

Address for Service of Notices. 2.1 The delivery address provided by the Customer will be regarded as its chosen address for all purposes including the serving of any court process, or legal notices. 2.2 If the Customer has chosen to have goods /services delivered on the premises of Cummins, the Customer’s registered physical or last known business address will be its address for service of documents.
