Breakages. The Licensee must, immediately at the Licensee's expense, make good any breakage defect or damage to the Premises (including but not limited to broken glass) or to any adjoining premises or to any facility or appurtenance of the Licensor occasioned by want of care, misuse or abuse on the part of the Licensee or the Licensor's other Licensees occupants occupiers or other persons claiming through or under the Licensee or otherwise occasioned by any breach or default of the Licensee hereunder.

Any accidental dame or breakages should be reported to the property owner (or their representative) prior to departure. The property owner retains the right to make an additional charge for damage and breakages although it should be noted that minor breakages and reasonable wear and tear (in the opinion of the property owner) will not be charged for.
