Common use of ADDRESS NOTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

ADDRESS NOTIFICATION. It is the obligation of each employee to keep the County advised of his/her current street/home address and telephone number for the purposes of this Contract, and the County shall rely on the last address supplied by an employee. An employee may also provide the County with a mailing address in addition to his/her home/street address. Within thirty (30) days after signing of this Contract, the County shall give to the Union the names of all employees who are members of the Union and covered by this Contract, together with their addresses as they appear on the records of the County.
