Adequacy of Supportive Services. Supportive services such as social workers will be adequate to address student needs as required by each student’s IEP. See Special Education Related Services Grid (Attachment F). The Program will access support from local law enforcement officers when deemed necessary and will provide all necessary special education services outlined in a student’s IEP, including but not limited to physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language, social work, and special transportation. Each school administrative unit that is a Party to the Agreement will be responsible for transportation of its resident students to and from the Program facility, and for the provision of transportation for its resident students that may be needed during the school day.

  • Supportive Services 2.1. Case Management Access Shelter Providers are required to have case management available to participants on site. Participation within case management is voluntary to program participants, however all participants must be offered case management and must be engaged on an ongoing basis to encourage participation. Shelter Providers should recognize that it may take multiple contacts before a participant is ready to engage. Shelter Providers must ensure case management services are participant-centered to individual needs. Programs must provide space for the provision of case management that works to create as much privacy and confidentiality as possible.

Xxxx College courses offered as dual credit, regardless of where they are taught, follow the same syllabus, course outline, textbook, grading method, and other academic policies and procedures as the courses outlined in the Hill College policy manual, catalog, and student handbook.   • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency.
