Special Transportation. An assignment involving the transportation of an individual student.
Special Transportation. 1. Special transportation assignments will be given to the most senior available Bus Driver(s) based on all of the following criteria:
a. Availability of a consistent regular Bus Driver. The special assignment may be split (departing/returning trips) between two consistent available regular Bus Drivers or between a regular Bus Driver and an out-of-District Bus Driver, unless the student’s individual education plan requires the same Bus Driver for both the departing and returning trips. (“Available” means the Bus Driver is available to drive his/her entire regular schedule and drive the scheduled pick up/drop off time for the special transportation.); and
Special Transportation. In the event a crane operator is at a jobsite and is left without transportation to his car or hotel, the Employer shall pay the cost of this transportation if costs are incurred. When an Employee flies at the request of the Employer an airline ticket will be provided and actual travel time, to a maximum of eight (8) hours, will be paid at straight time rates.
Special Transportation. If a flight attendant dies while away from her/his domicile while on Company business, the Company will return the remains to the flight attendant’s domicile or alternate on-line city.
Special Transportation. Special Transportation shall be defined as the transportation of students to and/or from school, but not during the regular a.m. or p.m. route time. These students will be scheduled in the following manner:
A. Students transported to or from school, but not during the regular a.m. and
Special Transportation. 1. A flight attendant who becomes ill down line may be required to see a doctor before returning to her/his base. S/he will be flown home by the most direct route, (positive space on line) as soon as s/he is capable of traveling. The Company will provide hotel accommodations and per diem until the flight attendant is able to return home. In addition, the Company will reimburse expenses incurred traveling to and from a doctor and/or hospital. The Company will not be required to provide transportation to cities which are not served by the Company.
2. In the event the flight attendant dies while away from her/his base on Company business, the Company will return the remains to the flight attendant’s base or alternate on-line city.
Special Transportation. All step changes occur the first work day of the new school year. If an employee drove a regular run for ninety (90) school days the previous year, he/she will be eligible for an increment. **The parties will meet within seven (7) days of the date hereof to discuss issues arising in connection with this provision. The tentative agreement will be contingent on such resolution. **The Board will agree to review the allowance of an additional 15 minutes at the end of a special trip for bus cleanup. Bargaining unit members shall have the option to participate in the MESSA Health Care Plan, The Agreement in this section shall be subject to the following guidelines:

Special Transportation. Remains of a Flight Attendant, or of a Flight Attendant’s spouse, children or parents shall be shipped on-line at no charge.
