Adequate Testing. 65.4.1. CONTRACTOR is responsible to adequately test all business rules appropriate to their types and specialties. If the CONTRACTOR is acting as a clearinghouse for enrolled providers, CONTRACTOR has obligations to adequately test all business rules appropriate to each and every provider type and specialty for which they provide clearinghouse services.
