Adherence by employees Clause Samples

The "Adherence by employees" clause requires that all employees of a party comply with the terms and obligations set out in the agreement. In practice, this means the party must ensure its staff are aware of and follow relevant contractual requirements, such as confidentiality, data protection, or conduct standards. This clause helps ensure that the actions of employees do not cause the party to breach the agreement, thereby allocating responsibility and reducing the risk of non-compliance.
