Notice of Termination by Employee. 4.3.2(a) The notice of termination required to be given by an employee shall be the same as that required of an employer, except that there is no additional notice based on the age of the employee concerned.
Notice of Termination by Employee. The notice of termination required to be given by an employee shall be one week except in the case of a casual employee when such notice shall be one hour. If an employee fails to give notice, the employer shall have the right to withhold moneys due to the employee with up to a maximum of one week.

The notice of termination required to be given by an employee (other than a Casual) shall be the same as that required of an employer, save and except that there shall be no additional notice based on the age of the employee concerned. If an employee fails to give notice, the employer shall have the right to withhold monies due to the employee with a maximum amount equal to the amount the employee would have received under clause 3.7.2.
Notice of Termination by Employee. The notice of termination required to be given by an Employee shall be the same as that required by an employer, save and except that there shall be no additional notice based on the age of the Employee concerned. If an Employee fails to give the required notice or having given such notice leaves before the notice expires, the Employee forfeits the entitlement to any moneys owing to the Employee under this Agreement except to the extent that those moneys exceed the ordinary wages for the required period of notice.
Notice of Termination by Employee. Except by agreement with the Employer no Employee will resign without first giving a fortnight's notice and in the absence of such notice the Employer may withhold holiday or other pay up to the amount of a fortnight's wages.
