Adherence to Standards For purposes of clarity, consistency, and ease of understanding, the State, as an acquiring agency of private property for public use, has adopted standards and formats for right-of-way mapping which have proven to facilitate the processes of negotiation, appraisal, relocation assistance, and condemnation. The Engineer’s Surveyor shall adhere to these standards and formats to every extent possible to ensure that the needs of the State are met.
Compliance with Governmental Rules and Regulations Except as otherwise provided in the Agreement and except for the accuracy of information furnished to the Fund by Price Services, each Fund assumes full responsibility for the preparation, contents and distribution of its prospectuses and compliance with all applicable requirements of the ’40 Act, the ‘34 Act, the ‘33 Act, and any other laws, rules and regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over the Fund. Price Services shall be responsible for complying with all laws, rules and regulations of governmental authorities having jurisdiction over transfer agents and their activities and cooperating with respect to examinations and requests from such governmental authorities.
Compliance with Texas Privacy Laws and Regulations In performing their respective obligations under the Agreement, the LEA and the Provider shall comply with all Texas laws and regulations pertaining to LEA data privacy and confidentiality, including but not limited to the Texas Education Code Chapter 32, and Texas Government Code Chapter 560.

References to Statutes, Public Acts, Regulations, Codes and Executive Orders All references in this Contract to any statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order shall mean such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, respectively, as it has been amended, replaced or superseded at any time. Notwithstanding any language in this Contract that relates to such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, and notwithstanding a lack of a formal amendment to this Contract, this Contract shall always be read and interpreted as if it contained the most current and applicable wording and requirements of such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order as if their most current language had been used in and requirements incorporated into this Contract at the time of its execution.
Rules, Regulations and Policies Employee shall abide by and comply with all of the rules, regulations, and policies of Employer, including without limitation Employer's policy of strict adherence to, and compliance with, any and all requirements of the banking, securities, and antitrust laws and regulations.
Compliance with OFAC Rules and Regulations None of the Credit Parties or their Subsidiaries or their respective Affiliates (a) is a Sanctioned Person, (b) has more than 15% of its assets in Sanctioned Countries, or (c) derives more than 15% of its operating income from investments in, or transactions with Sanctioned Persons or Sanctioned Countries. No part of the proceeds of any Extension of Credit hereunder will be used directly or indirectly to fund any operations in, finance any investments or activities in or make any payments to, a Sanctioned Person or a Sanctioned Country.
Compliance with Applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations The Dealer Manager represents to the Company that (a) it is a member of FINRA in good standing, and (b) it and its employees and representatives who will perform services hereunder have all required licenses and registrations to act under this Agreement. Laws, Rules and Regulations You agree to comply with all existing and future operating procedures used by the Bank for processing of transactions. You further agree to comply with, and be bound by, all applicable state or federal laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines, operating circulars and pronouncements, affecting checks and drafts, including, but not limited to, all rules and procedural guidelines established by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve and the Electronic Check Clearing House Organization ("ECCHO") and any other clearinghouse or other organization in which Bank is a member or to which rules Bank has agreed to be bound. These procedures, rules, and regulations (collectively the "Rules") and laws are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Rules, the Rules will control.
