Adherence to Timelines Any grievance which the employee or the Union fails to file or process to the next step of the grievance procedure within the time limits expressed herein, or which is withdrawn by the employee or the Union, shall be considered invalid and not subject to arbitration, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Employer and the Union.

  • Adherence to Law Each party shall comply with all federal, state and local laws and ordinances applicable to this agreement.
