AMENDMENTS TO THE CONTRACT The Contract shall be amended as follows:
PAYMENTS TO THE CONSULTANT (a) Payments of undisputed amounts are due and payable within sixty (60) days after the City’s receipt of an invoice from the Consultant. Undisputed amounts unpaid after sixty (60) days from the City’s receipt of such invoice shall bear interest at the rate of three percent (3%) per annum.
Changes to the Project 9.1 All Changes must be approved by the Secretary of State prior to the relevant Change being deemed to be effective. The Grant Recipient shall request the Change on a Project Change Request Form. The Secretary of State shall either agree to the change request or reject the change request within 60 days of the date of the Project Change Request Form.
Construction With Other Parts Of The Tariff This ISA shall not be construed as an application for service under Part II or Part III of the Tariff.

Payments to Third Parties Grantee agrees to hold harmless Grantor when Grantor acts in good faith to redirect all or a portion of any Grantee payment to a third party. Grantor will be deemed to have acted in good faith if it is in possession of information that indicates Grantee authorized Grantor to intercept or redirect payments to a third party or when so ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Parties to the Process a) There shall be established a Central Dispute Resolution Committee (“The Committee”), which shall be composed of equal representation of up to four (4) representatives each of the employer bargaining agency and employee bargaining agency (“the central parties”), and up to three representatives of the Crown. The Committee will be co-chaired by a representative from each bargaining agency. All correspondence to the committee will be sent to both co-chairs.

Either Party may change the address to which notice is to be sent by giving written notice thereof to the other Party. If email notification is used, the sender must specify a receipt notice.
