Changes to the Project. 9.1 All Changes must be approved by the Secretary of State prior to the relevant Change being deemed to be effective. The Grant Recipient shall request the Change on a Project Change Request Form. The Secretary of State shall either agree to the change request or reject the change request within 60 days of the date of the Project Change Request Form.
9.2 Until such time as a Change is made in accordance with this clause, the parties shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing, continue to perform this Funding Agreement in compliance with its terms before such Change.
Changes to the Project. The Project is still under development and may undergo significant changes over time. Although Company intends for the Project to have the features and specifications set forth in the Whitepaper, Company may make changes to such features and specifications for any number of reasons, any of which may mean that the Project does not meet Buyer’s expectations. As a result:
(a) the Project may never be completed;
(b) the Project may not be completed as initially proposed by Company, and in a different or modified form;
(c) a blockchain utilizing or adopting features of the Project may ever be launched; and
(d) a blockchain may never be launched with or without changes to the Project.
Changes to the Project. 7.1 All Changes must be approved by the Council and the LEP prior to the relevant Change being deemed to be effective. The Grant Recipient shall request the Change in writing to the Council's Representative and all requests shall include an explanation of the effect of the Change on:
7.1.1 the Grant;
7.1.2 the Eligible Expenditure;
7.1.3 the Expenditure Profile;
7.1.4 the Milestones; and
Changes to the Project. 7.1 Any changes to the Project must be agreed in writing by way of Variation Request (Annex B) with the Department before implementation. .
Changes to the Project. The Borrower shall not make any changes to the Project or to the operation thereof which would affect the qualification of the Project under the Act or impair the exemption from federal income taxation of the interest on the Bonds.

Although Company intends for the Project to have the features and specifications set forth in the Whitepaper, Company may make changes to such features and specifications for any number of reasons, any of which may mean that the Project does not meet Xxxxx’s expectations. As a result: (a) the Project may never be completed;
Changes to the Project. WHC recognizes that the Project budget has been formulated on an estimated basis only and will accept adjustments between categories provided that the Project is completed and that the total does not exceed the total estimated cost of the Project. If the Project budget is modified after April X, 2024, the Applicant must submit a revised Project budget to WHC. Adjustments between categories which exceed ten percent (10%) of the total Project budget are subject to prior approval by WHC. The Applicant shall request to WHC, in writing, any changes to the Project activities as specified in the Application to which WHC’s Grant is to be allocated.
Changes to the Project. The Project is still under development as the Company is seeking to move the Project to the block chain and Smart Contract System. The Project may undergo significant changes over time. Although Company intends for the Project to have the features and specifications set forth in the White Paper, Company may make changes to such features and specifications for any number of reasons, any of which may mean that the Chimes Network does not meet Purchaser’s expectations.
Changes to the Project. Except to the extent otherwise expressly limited in this Lease, Landlord reserves full right to (i) paint and decorate, (ii) perform repairs or maintenance, or (iii) make replacements, restorations, renovations, alterations, additions and improvements, structural or otherwise (including freon retrofit work), in and to the Project or any part thereof, or change the uses thereof (including changes, reductions or additions of corridors, entrances, doors, lobbies, parking facilities and other areas, structural support columns and shear walls, elevators, stairs, escalators, mezzanines, solar tint windows or film, kiosks, planters, sculptures, displays, and other amenities and features therein, and changes relating to the connection with or entrance into or use of the Project or any other adjoining or adjacent building or buildings, now existing or hereafter constructed). In connection with such matters, Landlord may among other things erect scaffolding, barricades and other structures, open ceilings, close entry ways, restrooms, elevators, stairways, corridors, parking and other areas and facilities, and take such other actions as Landlord deems appropriate. However, Landlord shall: (a) take reasonable steps to minimize or avoid any denial of access to and use of the Premises and the Building Amenities except when necessary on a temporary basis or when the Building Amenities have been reserved by another tenant for its exclusive use; and (b) in connection with entering the Premises, comply with Article 21.1 above.
Changes to the Project. Without limiting Special Condition 6.1, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) the Xxxxxx Project is a long term project, and accordingly as the project progresses changes may be made to aspects of the project from those which are presently intended and which are depicted in the Urban Design Guidelines, in the Xxxxxx Project Masterplan or in other material provided by the Vendor;
(b) the changes to the Xxxxxx Project referred to in Special Condition 2.14
(a) may include changes to:
(i) the layout of the project and the location of various features or infrastructure;
(ii) the inclusion, addition or omission of some areas, features or infrastructure from the project; or
(iii) the timing for the delivery or completion of various features or infrastructure;
(c) for the avoidance of doubt, the changes referred to in Special Conditions 2.14(a) and (b) above include changes to any stages or development comprising the Xxxxxx Project;
(d) these changes may occur for various reasons, such as to meet market demand or reflect changing economic conditions or as a result of design requirements or to meet the requirements of Authorities or for any other reason the Vendor deems desirable in its discretion;
(e) the Vendor is not obliged, whether before or after Settlement, to commence or complete construction of the remainder of the Xxxxxx Project in any manner contemplated under this Agreement, the Urban Design Guidelines, the Xxxxxx Project Masterplan or in other material provided by the Vendor; and
(f) the Purchaser will not make any objection, requisition or claim for compensation against the Vendor nor rescind or terminate this Agreement, nor delay or refuse to settle by reason of any delay, non- completion or changes to the Xxxxxx Project contemplated in this Special Condition 2.14.
