Common use of Adjacent Off-Site Arrangement Clause in Contracts

Adjacent Off-Site Arrangement. Where Physical Collocation space within AT&T-13STATE Eligible Structure is Legitimately Exhausted, and the Collocator’s Adjacent On-site space is not within 50 ft. of the Eligible Structure’s outside perimeter wall, the Collocator has the option and AT&T-13STATE shall permit an Adjacent Structure Off-site Arrangement, to the extent technically feasible. The Adjacent Off-site Arrangement is available if the Collocator’s site is located on a property that is contiguous to or within one standard city block of AT&T-13STATE’s Central Office or Eligible Structure.
