Adjacent Off-Site Arrangement. Where Physical Collocation space within AT&T-13STATE Eligible Structure is Legitimately Exhausted, and Collocator’s Adjacent On-site space is not within fifty feet (50 ft.) of the Eligible Structure’s outside perimeter wall, the Collocator has the option and AT&T-13STATE shall permit an Adjacent Structure Off-site Arrangement, to the extent technically feasible.
