Adjudication Secure Detention Facilities. Grant funds may be used to pay for all or part of the costs of the placement of a juvenile into any public or private pre-adjudication secure detention facility in the state of Texas, provided that the facility has been certified and registered in accordance with Texas Family Code Section 51.12.
