Common use of Adjudication Secure Detention Facilities Clause in Contracts

Adjudication Secure Detention Facilities. Grant funds may be used to pay for all or part of the costs of the placement of a juvenile into any public or private pre-adjudication secure detention facility in the state of Texas, provided that the facility has been certified and registered in accordance with Texas Family Code Section 51.12. This includes a short-term secure detention facility (i.e., holdover).
