Adjunct and Associate Service Work. Adjunct and Associate Professors have no service work responsibilities, but may, upon mutual agreement with the College, engage in service work to be compensated at the rate described in Appendix A as approved by the appropriate Vice President. The College will offer at least 5 Associate faculty an opportunity to serve on committee or council positions each quarter. Associate faculty will be compensated using the additional service-work rate.
