Common use of Adjunct Interview Rights Clause in Contracts

Adjunct Interview Rights. Any adjunct faculty member who applies for a full time or contract position who has been employed a minimum of at least six (6) semesters within the last five (5) years in the given discipline of opening and who has received satisfactory evaluations shall be granted the right to an interview provided that the member meets the minimum qualifications for the position as outlined by the Chancellor’s Office.
