Adjusted Maximum Special Tax. The Adjusted Maximum Special Tax for each Parcel shall be equal to the lesser of (but not less than zero) (i) the Maximum Special Tax for the Parcel and (ii) the amount calculated by the following formula: A = B – C Where the terms have the following meaning: A = The Adjusted Maximum Special Tax for a Parcel B = The Maximum Special Tax for the Parcel C = The Special Tax Credit for the Parcel The Special Tax Credit applied to all Parcels shall not exceed the Tax Increment Revenues applied to the Special Tax Requirement as provided for in Section C. 1.
