Adjustment of Annual Fee. The Annual Fee payable by the Licensee with respect to the Initial Term shall be as specified in the Schedule and, thereafter, the Annual Fee shall be set annually as at the commencement of each succeeding Extended Term by the Licensor by notice in writing to the Licensee. The Licensor will give at least three months' notice of any increase in the Annual Fee. All other charges may be varied from time to time by the Licensor by publishing an updated Xxxxxx Xxx Schedule on the Marina website.

Adjustment of Annual Fee. Effective August 1, 1996, and on each August 1st thereafter during the term hereof, the amount of the Annual Fee, as initially established in Subsection 8.A hereof or as subsequently adjusted, shall be increased or further increased by four percent (+4%).
