Adjustment of Charges. In accordance with Virginia policy, if a student withdraws from school, the school will earn tuition and fees as follows, based on when the student last attended: During the Add/Drop Period 0% After the Add/ Drop Period up 50% to but less than the first 25% After completing 25% 75% up to but less than 50% 50% or more 100% Students who withdraw from a Session I or Session II online course after the add/drop period are treated the same as if they withdrew from an on-ground class. Session II classes begin approximately the day after Session I classes end and run approximately five and one-half weeks. The ending date of Session II classes may not coincide with the ending date of on-ground classes.
