Adjustment of Payments Post Delivery. (a) Where the Contactor delivers Timber to a Delivery Site which is not scheduled on the Monthly Plan without the approval of VicForests, VicForests will not pay for Services at the Rates which would normally apply to the haulage of that Timber.
