Adjustment of Trust Account Assets. (a) If the fair market value of the Assets maintained in the Trust Account is greater than the Required Balance as of any month end, then within five (5) Business Days of such determination, the Trustee shall, upon written signed direction from the Grantor, withdraw from the Trust Account and transfer to the Grantor Assets having a fair market value equal to such excess.
