Adjustment to Compensation. 8.3.1 A teacher who is laid off and who is paid unemployment benefits by Utica Community Schools during the summer immediately following the lay-off and who is subsequently recalled to a position during the next school year shall have his/her compensation adjusted by the gross dollar amount of the unemployment compensation benefits received for all periods and/or days during the summer recess. 8.3.1.1 Utica Community Schools shall develop a repayment schedule with the affected employee that will be completed by the end of the involved school year.
