Common use of Adjustments and Allowances Clause in Contracts

Adjustments and Allowances. Each Loan Party may grant such allowances or other adjustments to that Loan Party’s Account Debtors (exclusive of extending the time for payment of any material Account or Account Receivable, which shall not be done without first obtaining the Administrative Agent’s prior written consent in each instance) as that Loan Party may reasonably deem to accord with sound business practice, provided, however, at any time that a Default has occurred and is continuing, the authority granted the Loan Parties pursuant to this Section 6.3 may be limited or terminated by the Administrative Agent at any time in the Administrative Agent’s discretion.
