Adjustments to Bonuses and Commissions for Returned Products. A. A Wellness Advisor receives bonuses and commissions based on the actual sales of products and services to end consumers. Generally, these commissions and bonuses will not be paid to a Wellness Advisor until after the return period for a Product has expired. But when a product or service is returned to the Company for a refund from the end consumer, the bonuses and commissions attributable to the returned product or service will be deducted from the Wellness Advisor who received bonuses or commissions on such sales. Deductions will occur in the month in which the refund is given and continue every pay period thereafter until the bonus/and or commission is recovered.
