Common use of Adjustments to Coverage Clause in Contracts

Adjustments to Coverage. Tenant further agrees to review the amount of its insurance coverage with Landlord every three (3) years to the end that the protection coverage afforded thereby shall be in proportion to the initial protection coverage. If the parties are unable to agree upon the amount of said coverage prior to the expiration of each such three (3) year period, then the amount of coverage to be provided by Tenant’s carrier shall be adjusted to the amounts of coverage recommended in writing by an insurance broker selected by Landlord.
