Administration and Enforcement. It is the obligation of the County to administer all aspects of the ordinance up to the point that the funds are remitted to the School Board for appropriation to specific improvements and to may every reasonable effort to enforce the provisions of the Educational Facilities Impact Fee Ordinance, as it has been adopted and as it may be amended from time to time.
