Administration and Management. The Contractor shall be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of the performance of all of the covenants, conditions and obligations imposed upon the Contractor pursuant to this Contract. No delegation of responsibility, whether by Subcontract or otherwise, shall terminate or limit in any way the liability of the Contractor to the Department for the full performance of this Contract. The Contractor agrees that its administrative costs shall not exceed ten percent (10%) of the total Medicaid managed care contract cost. Administrative costs are those costs consistent with DOI annual financial filings that are included in the line for “GAO” which is generally referred to as General, Administrative, and Overhead expenses.
Administration and Management. Administration and Management. DVHA must have an executive management function with clear authority over all administrative functions and must maintain sufficient administrative staff and organizational components to comply with all program standards. Staffing must be sufficient to perform services in an appropriate and timely manner. DVHA shall designate a representative to act as liaison between DVHA and AHS for the duration of this IGA. The representative shall be responsible for: • Representing DVHA on all matters pertaining to this IGA. Such a representative shall be authorized and empowered to represent DVHA regarding all aspects of this IGA; • Monitoring DVHA’s compliance with the terms of this IGA; • Receiving and responding to all inquiries and requests made by AHS in the timeframesand format specified by AHS in this IGA; • Meeting with the AHS representative on a periodic or as-needed basis to resolve issues which may arise; • Coordinating requests from AHS to ensure that staff from DVHA with appropriate expertise in administration, operations, finance, management information systems, claims processing and payment, clinical service provision, quality management, utilization management, and network management is available to participate in AHS activities and respond to requests by AHS which may include, but not be limited to, requests to participate in training programs designated by AHS, requests to coordinate fraud and abuse activities with AHS, and requests to meet with other State of Vermont agency representatives or other parties; • Making best efforts to resolve any issues identified either by DVHA or AHS that may arise in connection with this IGA; • Meeting with AHS at the time and place requested by AHS, if AHS determines that DVHA is not in compliance with the requirements of this IGA; • Ensuring that all reports, contracts, subcontracts, agreements and any other documents subject to prior review and approval by AHS are provided to AHS no less than 10 business days prior to execution or implementation, as applicable; and • Submitting any requests for documents or any other information provided to DVHA by any individual or entity to AHS for its review; and submitting any proposed responses and responsive documents or other materials in connection with any such requests to AHS for its prior review and approval.
Administration and Management. The Contractor must:
(a) Ensure there are sufficient administrative personnel with necessary expertise to manage and operate the CLA and provide oversight of any subcontractors to ensure compliance with State and federal requirements.
(b) Meet regularly with EIPAs to assess program’s strengths and needs and ensure there is sufficient capacity to manage and operate the agencies.
Administration and Management. The Advisor shall provide all management and administrative services required to be provided by the General Partner to the Operating Partnership under the terms of the Agreement of Limited Partnership of the Operating Partnership.

Administration and Management. 3.1 The Parties are not creating any new or separate organization or entity to administer the provisions of this agreement. WWU shall administer the planning and implementation of the Scope of Work.
3.2 The Edmonds Planning Manager, Xxx Xxxxx, shall have primary responsibility for administering and approving services to be performed by WWU, and shall coordinate all communications between WWU and Edmonds.
3.3 The WWU SCP Program Coordinator, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, shall have primary responsibility for administering and approving services to be performed by WWU, and shall coordinate all communications between WWU and Edmonds.
Administration and Management. A. General Provisions
1. The Health Plan’s governing body shall set forth policy and has overall responsibility for the organization of the Health Plan. The Health Plan shall be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of this Contract, including all Subcontracts, employees, agents and services performed by anyone acting for or on behalf of the Health Plan. The Health Plan shall have a centralized executive administration, which shall serve as the contact point for the Agency, except as otherwise specified in the Contract.
2. The Health Plan shall be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of this Contract, such as, but not limited to, the delivery of services, provider network, provider education, and claims resolution and assistance.
3. The Health Plan must provide that compensation to individuals or entities that conduct utilization management activities is not structured so as to provide incentives for the individual or entity to deny, limit, or discontinue medically necessary services to any Enrollee.
Administration and Management. 8.1 Subject to the provisions of Clause 1.2.3 of Schedule B and Clause 1.2.4 of Schedule B the Trustees shall conduct the affairs of this Trust in such manner as they may consider appropriate, and they shall make such arrangements in relation to the administration of this Trust as they consider advisable to further the purposes of this Trust.
8.2 The Trustees shall in addition and without prejudice to all other powers at law have the powers and immunities set out in the Schedule to section 17 of The Trusts (Special Provisions) Xxx 0000 (except those contained in Clauses 3(b) and 4(6) thereof) which shall be incorporated herein by reference to form Clause 1 of Schedule A hereto and renumbered to follow sequentially without the incorporation of the above mentioned excepted clauses provided that all references to a beneficiary or beneficiaries in such Schedule shall be deemed to refer to the purposes of this Trust and additionally the Trustees shall have the powers and provisions set out in Clause 2 of Schedule A provided that the Trustees shall not exercise any of their powers other than in furtherance of the purposes of this Trust.
8.3 In the event that there is any conflict between any one or more of the provisions comprised in or incorporated into Schedule A hereto (“the servient provisions”) and any provision or provisions of this Trust other than those comprised in or incorporated into Schedule A hereto (“the dominant provisions”), the dominant provisions shall prevail.
