ADMINISTRATION AND NOTICE. 6.1 All costs and expenses of administering the Settlement and providing reasonable notice in accordance with the Preliminary Approval Order shall be paid out of the Settlement Fund, including the cost of CAFA Notice. 6.2 The Settlement Administrator will facilitate the notice process by assisting the Parties in the implementation of the Notice Plan, as well as CAFA Notice.
