Common use of Administration of Construction Contract Clause in Contracts

Administration of Construction Contract. The Design Professional shall provide administration of the Construction Contract for the Project as set forth below. The Design Professional’s services in connection with administration of the Construction Contract for the Project shall be performed in a manner complementary to others providing services related to construction of the Project and/or administration of the Construction Contract for the Project, including, without limitation, the District, the Inspector of Record (IOR), the Program Manager, and providers of testing and/or inspection services required for Project construction.
