ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICAL PROCEDURES. As a part of teaching duties CLSMs are not expected to dispense student medication or perform medical procedures. Guidelines jointly developed to address field trips and emergency situations will be followed. Any changes in these guidelines shall be made through consensus of a review committee comprised of equal numbers of Administrators appointed by the Superintendent and CLSMs appointed by the Association President, subject to the approval of the parties of this Agreement. The Board will make available a copy of the guidelines to every CLSM each year prior to the first student day and at any time during the school year when any changes are made by the review committee.
