ADMINISTRATION OF THE JOB EVALUATION PLAN. (a) It is the responsibility of all participants in the administration of the job evaluation plan to ensure that evaluations are conducted honestly, objectively and without bias. Each member of the JEC has an obligation to avoid any conflict of interest, real or apparent, and must declare any conflict involving the interests of other employees of the University with whom they have a familial, marital (marriage or common law), business or other relationship that might reasonably be construed as giving rise to concerns about conflict and bias. (b) All employees are required to complete any required questionnaires or survey forms that are necessary for the proper performance of evaluations of their job positions. This shall include highlighting changes from previous questionnaires or survey forms when requesting the re-evaluation of a position. (c) The Human Resources Department shall be responsible for maintaining the records of the JEC. The Union shall be provided access to such records upon request.
