Administration Responsibilities. 22 6.4.1. Management may guide Extension Lecturers in the Probationary Period by 23 providing peer mentors, if available, and periodic feedback and advice regarding their 24 performance. 25 6.4.2. Management may observe Extension Lecturers as appropriate. 26 6.4.3. Directors will meet each quarter to determine the ranking of Extension Lecturers in 27 the Probationary Period based on, among other things, observation reports, student 28 course evaluations, contributions to IELP, professional development, and past 29 experience in other programs.
