Administrative Agency Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, the fees specified in the Administrative Agency Fee Letter in the amounts and at the times specified therein.
Administrative Agency Fee. The Company shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the Administrative Agent's own account an agency fee and other sums in the amount and at the times set forth in the Fee Letter.
Administrative Agency Fee. Subject to Sections 7.1(a) and 7.1(b), the Lessee shall pay or cause to be paid to the Agent, for the account of the Agent, an administrative agency fee (the “Administrative Agency Fee”), on the terms and conditions set forth in the Engagement Letter.

The Borrower agrees to pay the Administrative Agent, for its own account, a non-refundable, fully-earned administrative agency fee in the amount of $12,500, per fiscal quarter, payable on the Closing Date and quarterly, in advance, thereafter on each Payment Date of the first calendar month of a fiscal quarter, while any Obligations are outstanding.
Administrative Agency Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent for its own account an administrative agency fee equal to (x) on or prior to the Term Conversion Date, $100,000 per annum and (y) after the Term Conversion Date, $80,000 per annum, in each case multiplied by the Inflation Factor (pro rated for the first and last years of the term hereof) and payable annually in advance.
Administrative Agency Fee. The Parent shall pay to the Administrative Agent (for its own account) an agency fee in the amount and at the times agreed in a Fee Letter.
