Common use of Administrative Agent and Arranger Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrowers agree to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated December 1, 2010, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
