Administrative Agent Fees and Expenses. The Borrower shall have paid all reasonable fees and accrued expenses of the Administrative Agent, including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP, invoiced to the Borrower in reasonable detail at least one (1) business day prior to the date hereof.
