Common use of Administrative Civil Liability Clause in Contracts

Administrative Civil Liability. A) The Discharger agrees to the imposition of an ACL in the amount of one hundred and eighty-three thousand dollars ($183,000) to resolve the violations alleged in Attachment A. B) The Parties agree that the entire ACL amount of one hundred and eighty-three thousand dollars ($183,000) will be suspended pending completion of the Compliance Project described herein and Attachment B. This amount is also referred to as the Suspended Liability Amount.

This amount is also referred to as the Suspended Liability Amount.
