Administrative Expense Allowance. For each Monthly Accounting Period, the Reinsurer shall pay to the Ceding Company an amount equal to the Expense Allowances for such Monthly Accounting Period in consideration for the administration of the Reinsured Contracts. Such amount shall be paid as part of the Monthly Net Settlements pursuant to Section 3.3(c).
