Credit Review. (a) The Multiplex Licensee may conduct a review of the creditworthiness of the Access Seeker:
Credit Review. MS reserves the right to review Company’s financial condition, payment history, and overall credit worthiness during the term of this Agreement. By signing this Agreement Company authorizes MS to access any credit bureaus or agencies to inquire about Company’s financial condition. Upon request, Company shall provide its current audited financial statements. After review of Company’s financial condition, payment history and overall credit worthiness, MS may require any of the following payment assurances:
Credit Review. You are subject to satisfactory credit review by the Bank from time to time, at the Bank’s sole option and discretion, and in accordance with the Bank’s established credit criteria. You shall, upon the Bank’s request, provide to the Bank any such credit-related information and assistance as the Bank may require to perform any such review. Failure of you to meet such standards in the sole discretion of the Bank or to provide such information or assistance when requested shall constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall permit the Bank to terminate this Agreement.
Credit Review to assess or keep under review on its behalf the financial condition, creditworthiness, environmental soundness, affairs, status or nature of the Borrower.
Credit Review. The Lessor shall be entitled during the period between the dates falling one hundred and eighty (180) and ninety (90) days prior to the Credit Review Date (in this clause 3.7 the "Credit Review Period") to carry out a review of the security arrangements constituted by the Relevant Documents and the creditworthiness of the Lessee and the Lessee Parent (taking into account the exposure of the Lessee and the Lessee Parent under the Relevant Documents having regard to any Relevant Bank Documents which will continue in full force and effect after the Credit Review Date, any new valuations of the Ships and the Other Ships provided to the Lessor at such time and any surplus amounts available in respect of the Ships and the Other Ships as security to the Lessor and the Other Lessors at that time) and, at the absolute discretion of the Lessor, to determine whether such security arrangements and/or creditworthiness are adequate to secure the Strip Liability Amount and any other unsecured obligations of the Lessee under this Lease and the other Lease Documents in respect of the period falling after the Credit Review Date. The Lessor agrees that it shall consult with the Lessee during the Credit Review Period when considering the matters to be considered by the Lessor pursuant to this clause. Following such review the Lessor shall notify the Lessee of its decision on or before the expiry of the Credit Review Period and, if it considers that such security arrangements and/or creditworthiness are inadequate, the Lessor will initially notify the Lessee in writing and during the period from the date of such notification up to the date falling forty five (45) days prior to the Credit Review Date and if the Lessee so requests, the Lessor and the Lessee shall discuss in good faith alternative arrangements which, if implemented, would cause the Lessor to be comfortable with the security arrangements and/or creditworthiness of the Lessee and the Lessee Parent and if agreement in principle can be reached on such alternative arrangements then such alternative arrangements shall be documented on terms and in a form acceptable to the Lessor on or prior to the Credit Review Date. If, notwithstanding the said good faith discussions, the Lessor is still not satisfied that the security arrangements and/or creditworthiness of the Lessee and the Lessee Parent, even on a modified basis, are adequate, the Lessee will be entitled at the Lessee's option to either:
Credit Review. 3.1 Prior to entering into Lease or Services Documentation with a Target Customer, NetWolves will request credit approval from Comdisco with respect to the Target Customer. Credit approval and the rent under the Lease Documents will be calculated based on the Credit Table set forth below and all credit approval will be valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of approval.

Credit Review. (a) Financing Party requires a complete driving record and background check to be conducted on each prospective Lessee/Borrower in accordance with all State and Federal Regulations for over the road delivery for each prospective Lessee/Borrower in order to complete its credit review. For each proposed Transaction application, Company shall provide Financing Party with or otherwise assist Financing Party in obtaining the following: (i) a full and complete description of the Delivery Vehicle subject to the proposed Transaction, including age and mileage of the Vehicle; (ii) the economic terms of the proposed Transaction; (iii) a complete and legible copy of the Transaction application (“Application”); and (iv) all pertinent details and other such credit and financial data as Financing Party may require in an exercise of its sole and absolute discretion, including, without limitation, any background check, driving history, safety records, or criminal record investigation which Company may have obtained.
Credit Review. Issuer can reinvestigate and reevaluate any information Cardholder provided on Cardholder's credit application at any time, and in the course of doing so, Issuer may ask Cardholder for additional information, request credit bureau reports and/or otherwise verify Cardholder's current credit standing. This credit review may result in a rate change. You will be notified of any increase in your rate prior to the receipt of any monthly account statement.
