Common use of Administrative or Policy Grievance Clause in Contracts

Administrative or Policy Grievance. An administrative or policy grievance is an allegation by an employee or group of employees or the Association that there has been to him/her or them an injury resulting from the District’s misinterpretation, misapplication or violation of Board policies, administrative policies, rules, regulations and/or administrative directives. Such grievances may be processed through these procedures to the Board whose decision shall be final and binding. School Board decisions are not appealable to arbitration.
