Administrative Provisions. (a) Grievances and replies at Step 3 of the grievance procedure and notification to arbitrate shall be by registered mail. (b) Grievances, replies and notification shall be deemed to be presented on the day on which they are registered and received on the day they were delivered to the appropriate offices of the Employer or the Union. (c) In the event of a dispute, lockout, or other work stoppage in a Canada Post Office within British Columbia, this section shall not apply.
