Union MeetingsThe Employer recognizes the Union's interest in keeping its members informed and aware of its activities through regular union meetings. The Employer may approve the use of the agency facilities to hold union meetings. Union meetings, including general and/or committee(s) meetings, held on employer premises will not interfere with the operation of the Employer.
Union Meetings. (a) Employees may attend a meeting with a representative of the Union at their worksite on a quarterly basis on a mutually agreeable date. (b) The Union shall provide not less than two weeks' notice to the appropriate excluded manager at the local level of the intended date and time of the meeting. (c) Meetings will take place after the conclusion of the employees' scheduled shift and shall not interfere with normal operations.
Union Meetings. ‌ 5.4.1 Subject to the sub clauses (5.4.2) and (5.4.5) below, the employer shall allow every kaimahi covered by this Agreement to attend on paid leave, two union meetings (each a maximum of two hours duration) with TEU in each year. 5.4.2 The union shall give the employer at least 14 days’ notice of the date and time of any meeting to which sub-clause (5.4.1) applies. 5.4.3 The union shall make such arrangements with the employer as may be necessary to ensure that the employer business is maintained during any union meeting, including, where appropriate, an arrangement for sufficient kaimahi to remain available during the meeting to enable the operation of the employer to continue. 5.4.4 Work shall resume as soon as practicable after the meeting. 5.4.5 TEU shall supply the employer with a list of kaimahi who attend, and the time that the meeting started and finished.
Union MeetingsThe Union agrees that there shall be no soliciting of members or other Union activities on the premises of the Company or during working hours except as permitted by this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that no meetings of the Union or its members will be held on the premises of the Company at any time without the prior approval of the Company. Violation by any employee of any of the foregoing provisions shall be cause for discipline of such employee by the Company.
Union Meetings. The Employer agrees to allow employees a two hour lunch break to attend one meeting for the ratification of the Collective Agreement and another two hour lunch break to attend one meeting to approve bargaining proposals for the next round of bargaining. The Employer further agrees to allow employees a two-hour lunch break twice per year to attend general membership meetings.
Union MeetingsThe University will continue the current practice of allowing employees to attend local meetings, if they occur on work time. Employees must request release time to attend at least two (2) working days in advance and state the expected duration. Employees will make every effort to combine their attendance at local meetings with their lunches and/or breaks. Generally, local Union meetings will occur after 5:00 p.m.
Union Meetings. Upon one day’s notice to the administrator of the school, an authorized representative of the Union shall have the right to schedule meetings in the building before or after regular duty hours or during the lunch time of the employee(s) involved, or during the rescheduled day when employee(s) are not assigned to, nor involved in other duties. The notice requirement may be waived by the principal involved.

Union Meetings. 27.2.1 The employer shall allow every employee covered by this collective agreement to attend, on ordinary pay, two meetings (each of a maximum of two hours’ duration) of their union in each year (being the period beginning on the 1st day of January and ending on the following 31st day of December). This is inclusive of any statutory entitlement. 27.2.2 The union shall give the employer at least 14 days’ notice of the date and time of any meeting to which sub-clause 27. 2.1 of this clause applies. 27.2.3 The union shall make such arrangements with the employer as may be necessary to ensure that the employer’ business is maintained during any meeting, including, where appropriate, an arrangement for sufficient employees to remain available during the meeting to enable the employer’s operation to continue. 27.2.4 Work shall resume as soon as practicable after the meeting, but the employer shall not be obliged to pay any employee for a period greater than two hours in respect of any meeting. 27.2.5 Only employees who actually attend a union meeting shall be entitled to pay in respect of that meeting and to that end the union shall supply the employer with a list of employees who attended and shall advise the employer of the time the meeting finished.

This is inclusive of any statutory entitlement. 7.3.2 The union shall give the employer at least 14 days' notice of the date and time of any meeting to which clause 7.1.1 of this clause applies. 7.3.3 The PSA shall make such arrangements with the employer as may be necessary to ensure that the employer’s business is maintained during any meeting, including, where appropriate, an arrangement for sufficient employees to remain available during the meeting to enable the employer’s operation to continue. 7.3.4 Work shall resume as soon as practicable after the meeting, but the employer shall not be obliged to pay any employee for a period greater than two hours in respect of any meeting. 7.3.5 Only employees who actually attend a Union meeting shall be entitled to pay in respect of that meeting, and to that end, the union shall supply the employer with a list of employees who attended and shall advise the employer of the time the meeting finished
