  • REGULATION GG Each Fund represents and warrants that it does not engage in an “Internet gambling business,” as such term is defined in Section 233.2(r) of Federal Reserve Regulation GG (12 CFR 233) and covenants that it shall not engage in an Internet gambling business.   • Administrative Responsibilities Client shall be responsible for orienting Consultant to Client’s policies and procedures regarding the submission of any requisite paperwork which must be tendered for reimbursement by funding entities such as Medicare, Medicaid, or health insurance. Such paperwork may include, but is not limited to, patient care plans, comprehensive patient histories, individual education plans, or Client specific program plans. During the contracted assignment, should Consultant fail to submit paperwork as required per Client’s policies and procedures, Client must notify ProCare in writing within three (3) business days of alleged failure. Failure to notify ProCare before assignment ends shall negate any Client claim to withhold payment due to untimely work and/or paperwork non-compliance by Consultant. Client agrees that all approved time sheets by Client’s assigned representative are not subjected to billing dispute if Client fails to notify ProCare of time sheet and work performed discrepancies.

  • Iran Divestment Act Certification The Contractor certifies that, if it submitted a successful bid for this contract, then as of the date it submitted the bid, the Contractor was not identified on the Iran List. If it did not submit a bid for this contract, the Contractor certifies that as of the date that this contract is entered into, the Contractor is not identified on the Iran List. It is a material breach of contract for the Contractor to be identified on the Iran List during the term of this contract or to utilize on this contract any subcontractor that is identified on the Iran List. In this Iran Divestment Act Certification section -- “Contractor” means the person entering into this contract with the City of Durham; and “Iran List” means the Final Divestment List – Iran, the Parent and Subsidiary Guidance– Iran list, and all other lists issued from time to time by the N.C. State Treasurer to comply with G. S. 147-86.58 of the N.C. Iran Divestment Act.

  • Domestic Regulation 1. In sectors where specific commitments are undertaken, each Party shall ensure that all measures of general application affecting trade in services are administered in a reasonable, objective and impartial manner. 2. Each Party shall maintain or institute as soon as practicable judicial, arbitral or administrative tribunals or procedures which provide, at the request of an affected service supplier of the other Party, for the prompt review of, and where justified, appropriate remedies for, administrative decisions affecting trade in services. Where such procedures are not independent of the agency entrusted with the administrative decision concerned, the Party shall ensure that the procedures in fact provide for an objective and impartial review.
