Uniform Administrative Requirements or “UAR” shall mean the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (2 C.F.R part 1000), which is the Department of the Treasury’s codification of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) government-wide framework for grants management at 2 C.F.R. Part 200.
